CAMPING RULES
* 1) Conditions of admission:
To be admitted to enter, settle, and stay on a campground, you must have been authorized by the manager or his representative. It is obligatory to ensure the proper maintenance and order of the campground and to respect the application of these Rules of Procedure.
The fact of staying on the campground implies acceptance of the provisions of the present and the commitment to comply.
2) Police formalities:
Any person who has to stay at least one night in the campground must first present to the manager or his representative his or her identity documents and complete the formalities required by the police. Minors not accompanied by their parents shall be admitted only with written authorisation from them.
3) Installation :
The tent or caravan and related equipment shall be installed in the location indicated in accordance with the instructions given by the manager or his/her representative.
4) Reception Desk:
July and August: Open from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 3pm to 7pm. Other periods: 10 a.m.-12 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
All information on the campground services, information on refuelling opportunities, sports facilities, tourist resources in the vicinity and various addresses that can Be useful.
A claim book or a special box intended to receive the claims is kept available to the users. Claims will only be considered if they are signed as accurately as possible and pertaining to relatively recent facts.
5) Rental Fees:
The rental fees are paid to the reception desk. Their amount is displayed at the entrance to the campground and the reception desk. They are due according to the number of nights spent on the field.
Users of the campground are invited to notify the reception office of their departure on the day before the campsite. Campers intending to leave before the opening time of the reception office must carry out the day before the payment of their royalties.
6) Noise and Silence:
Users of the campground are urged to avoid any noises and conversations that might hinder the peace of their neighbors.
The sound systems must be adjusted accordingly. The closing of car doors and boots must be as discreet as possible.
Dogs and other animals should never be left off the lead. They must not be left at the campground, even enclosed, in the absence of their masters who are civilly responsible for them.
Do not leave your pets locked in hot cars / tents / caravans etc… during the hotest times of the day between 9am to 8pm. We reserve the right to enter any vehicles to rescue any animal left alone in high temperatures and in distress.
The silence must be total between 11 p.m. and 8 a.m.
7) Visitors:
After being authorized by the manager or his representative, visitors can be admitted to the campground under the responsibility of the campers who receive them.
The camper can receive one or more visitors at the reception. If these visitors are allowed to enter the campground, the camper who receives them may be required to pay a fee, as long as the visitor has access to the services and/or facilities of the campground. This fee is displayed at the entrance to the campground and the reception desk. Visitors ‘ cars are prohibited in the campground.
8) vehicle traffic and parking:
Inside the campground, vehicles must drive at a speed limit of 10 km/h.
Traffic is prohibited between 11:00 and 8:00 a.m.
Only vehicles that belong to campers are allowed to travel in the campground. Parking, strictly prohibited on sites usually occupied by camping shelters, must not, moreover, impede traffic or prevent the installation of new entrants.
9) Maintenance and appearance of facilities:
Everyone is required to refrain from any action that could affect cleanliness, hygiene and the appearance of the campground. It is forbidden to throw sewage on the ground or in the gutters. Caravans must empty their wastewater into the facilities provided for this purpose.
Household refuse, waste of any kind, papers, must be deposited in the garbage.
Each person is required to refrain from any action that could adversely affect the cleanliness, hygiene and appearance of the campground and its facilities, including sanitation.
Washing is strictly forbidden outside of the sinks provided for this purpose.
The drying of the laundry will be done, if necessary, via the communal washing line. However, it is tolerated up to 10 hours near the shelters, provided it is very discreet and does not annoy the neighbors, it should never be made from the trees.
Plantations and floral decorations must be respected. It is forbidden for the camper to plant nails in the trees, to cut branches, to make plantations.
It is not permissible either to delimit the location of a facility by personal means or to dig the ground.
Any degradation committed to vegetation, fences, land or campground facilities will be borne by the author. The location that will have been used during the stay must be maintained in the condition in which the camper found it when it entered the premises.
10) Security:
- A) Fire:
Open fires (wood, charcoal, etc.) are strictly forbidden, only gas BBQ’s are allowed. The stoves must be kept in good working order and not be used in dangerous conditions. In case of fire immediately notify the management. Fire extinguishers can be used if necessary.
A first-aid emergency kit is located at the reception desk.
- b) Vol:
The management is responsible for the items deposited in the office and has a general duty to monitor the campground. The camper keeps the responsibility for his own facility and must notify the person in charge of the presence of any suspect.
While Security is assured, campground users are encouraged to take the usual precautions to safeguard their equipment.
- c) Games:
No violent or annoying game can be arranged near the facilities.
The meeting room cannot be used for hectic games.
Children should always be under the supervision of their parents.
- D) Dead Garage:
It will not be possible to leave unoccupied material on the ground, without prior agreement of the management and only at the indicated location, the equipment shall be compulsorily insured. A fee, the amount of which will be posted at the office, will be due for the “dead Garage”.
- e) Display:
These Rules of Procedure are displayed at the entrance to the campground and the reception desk.
It is given to the customer at his request.
- Infringement of the Rules of Procedure:
In the event that a resident disturbs the stay of other users or fails to comply with the provisions of these Rules of procedure, the manager or his representative may, orally or in writing if he deems it necessary, place the latter in Stop the Troubles.
In the event of a serious or repeated breach of the rules of procedure and after the manager has made a formal notice to comply with it, he may terminate the contract.
In the event of a criminal offence, the manager will be able to appeal to law enforcement.
